A escultura consiste em 50 placas de aço com 10 metros de altura, cortadas a laser e inseridas na paisagem, representando o 50º aniversário da captura e prisão de Nelson Mandela.

Foi neste local, a 90 kms da cidade de Durban,l que Nelson Mandela foi preso, em 6 de Agosto de 1962, acabando por ficar 27 longos anos encarcerado
Num ponto específico de observação, a visão em perspetiva das colunas surpreende ao assumir a imagem de Nelson Mandela.
Que pena não conseguir ver as imagens! Volto mais tarde, para ver se o problema já está resolvido! :)
